Services are limited to the property turnover tasks described on this site, including turnover cleaning, linen and bed reset, restocking, property reset and final walkthroughs.
Service requests are confirmed based on availability. Preferred dates and times are requests, not guarantees, until confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property for the scheduled service window.
NextGuest Turnover Services is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions identified during a turnover check that fall outside the agreed scope of service.
